Beef - Locally sourced Red Pole cattle from Orchard Farm, Walcote.
Lamb - Locally farmed from the Langtons and the Welland Valley.
Chicken - Free range chicken from Diaper Poultry.
Tadmarton Products supply us with chicken, bacon, gammon and exotic meats.

A wide range of pickles and chutneys from Market Harborough based Bramble Foods, curry sauces from Leicester and a condiment selection from Tracklements.
At Bates Butchers and Deli we are proud that we make all our own sausages the traditional way. We cook our own ham, beef, turkey, pork, and chicken. We make our own pies, pasties and quiches. In the delicatessen we use all our own ingredients from the shop for our lunchtime sandwiches, cobs and salad boxes. We also stock a wide range of farmhouse and continental meats and cheeses not to mention the Italian and Spanish goods for store cupboard, pasta, pasta sauces, chorizos, salami, Parma ham, artichokes, pesto, olives, oils and much much more. We hold a large range of BBQ meats, wedding cheese cakes, pork pies and Brixworth pate.
