At Bates Butchers and Deli we are proud that we make all our own sausages the traditional
way. We cook our own ham, beef, turkey, pork, and chicken. We make our own pies,
pasties and quiches. In the delicatessen we use all our own ingredients from the
shop for our lunchtime sandwiches, cobs and salad boxes. We also stock a wide range
of farmhouse and continental meats and cheeses not to mention the Italian and Spanish
goods for store cupboard, pasta, pasta sauces, chorizos, salami, Parma ham, artichokes,
pesto, olives, oils and much much more. We hold a large range of BBQ meats, wedding
cheese cakes, pork pies and Brixworth pate.
